Waiter forgot to send our order from his tablet, so we had to wait for more than one hour before they even told us that our order was not in the making. What 's... read more Waiter forgot to send our order from his tablet, so we had to wait for more than one hour before they even told us that our order was not in the making. What 's even worse is that 20 min after we were notified of the mistake the order still hadn 't arrived. When we confronted the waiter about it he behaved rudely and pretended to be right. Will never come here again.

We fi... read more I went with my two daughters to to the Warm Up. The place is very quiet, impressive. We could easily find our way around. Everything is clearly indicated. We first had a visit to the Plaine de Jeux, but we were too early. So we headed for lunch at the restaurant. We were received with big smiles. We were really taken care of. The salmon pizzas came after reasonable time and we really enjoyed 'em. Big pizzas, good hot food, and enjoyable nature. See my pics of the terrace where we had our lunch. The staff were friendly. Apparently some of the clients were like friends to them. We were served by polite personnel who know what they are doing. After the meal, we headed to the play area where the kids had lots of fun for 5 continous hours..... I enjoyed watching them, being there for them when they wanted, and the free wifi. I was happy to take pictures now and then and share with family and friends. The toilets were clean and modern. The service at the bar (the pub) was absolutely great. Big polite smiles, nice polite chat and reasonable prices for the drinks. It was really a great journey to Warm up. Anything to improve? I wish they provided some shade for the cars in the parking. When we left, the car was literally baking inside! There is also their website. It is a joke, and it must be improved.
