Very disappointed with the very slow service. Booked for 7.15 drinks order taken after 15 mins then another 15 mins for food order. 20 mins later food starter arrived. Another hour before mains arrived by this time we were loosing our appetitesand with two children they became too tired to eat. .this is such a shame as it is lovely food. Simla is our favorite Indian restaurant. After trying six or seven different places over the years, I think we've finally found the one we love. Despite some delays lately due to our work during the pandemic, the flavors here are still unmatched.
The food was nice, service was brilliant. we had decided to order the set menu that is available all week. my wife hates spicy eating, but on the menu there were food that was not spicy but full of taste. would recommend to all food lovers. If we return to margate, I'd eat here again!
