What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I am very disappointed with my experience at Dieucks. I have spent a lot of money there and it is unacceptable that they messed up my order. This is the second time they have given me the wrong sandwich, and the coffee I received was not what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a venti and it was both disappointing and disgusting. Breakfast at this restaurant is a great experience! The customer service is exceptional and the banana nut loaf is amazing. The coffee is also fantastic, making Starbucks a reliable choice once again. I thoroughly enjoyed the banana nut loaf and the sophisticated whole grain oatmeal. Highly recommend it!
I?m a regular drive through customer at Starbucks but today July 5 2022 at approximately 4:30 I decided to go in for my order looking to maybe eat in. I waited for a little over 10 minutes and once I noticed my order was taking too long went back at the register where a one of the employees fount my order. Unfortunately there were some flies flying around my caramel crunch frappe so one of the employee that fount it offered for me to get it remade. I respond with yes if it wouldn?t be a bother. The girl who made my frappe kept asking what was wrong with it and why?s it being remade, which the other employee responded with it was sitting there for some time and flies were around it. The girl then proceeds to remake my drink with an attitude as she slams everything around very loudly. The noise she was making was louder then I presume they called me so that was interesting. Anyways once my drink was made she slams it on the counter in front of me. I am truly repulsed. Terrible customer service.
The wait at the drive-thru was 30 minutes long and once you're in line, there's no way to exit due to the layout of the parking lot. Each car spent close to 5 minutes at the window, which was very disappointing for a Starbucks.
The service at this restaurant was lacking. I had to wait 8 minutes in line behind a car with issues at the window, which could have been avoided if they had been asked to park. When I finally received my iced mocha with cold foam, the ice was melted, the foam had disappeared, and the barista admitted it had been sitting for a while. The drink was watered down, but I had already left by the time I realized. My boyfriend's cold brew had grinds at the bottom. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience at this location.
Decided to change to 5 stars cause I do love Starbucks and the employees are always nice. But just as a heads up? Avoid Saturday and Sunday mornings like the plague. Took 30 minutes at the drive-thru. Not kidding. I timed it. Lines out to the street. And the parking lot design was incredibly stupid, whoever designed it. Don?t park where the drive thru line is because you will be stuck there. Park on the outskirts closer to Autozone. Trust me.
