Dunkin' - Margate

Line moves fast, but they are not very friendly. My donut was thrown into a bag and now the whole chocolate feast is on the bag instead of my donut. I worked 40 hours of night shift in three days. I wanted a donut on my way home this morning.

Friendly and super nice staff. No waiting fast service.

Horrible. Was given burnt wake up wraps. Manager had the girl remake. Was given the new ones and they looked the same. Asked for a refund. Was forced to wait while he retrained the girl and hot new ones. Nasty as hell. New ones are better but had to get it three times. 3rd times the charm

I ordered an iced latte from this location. It was made perfectly. My reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the way drive thru employee spoke to me. She was quick to say good morning when I pulled up but caught an attitude when I asked what my total would be. #1 Please cool it with the attitude it?s so irrelevant to your job. #2 Do people not do that anymore?! Should I just know how much it?ll be? Or better yet, do I as the consumer not have the right to know what my total is before I get to the window? Please re train your staff on doing this for the customer because trust me when I say it matters.

Dunkin' was great as always! They prepared my delicious drink quickly, and I was in and out in no time. The staff is always friendly and has big smiles. Thank you, everyone!
