The customer service was lacking at this restaurant. I asked for a side of fresh fruit but was told by the cashier that I needed to order a full meal in order to get fruit. I was confused as to why they couldn't just offer what I wanted as an add-on to my order. View all feedback.
The terrible customer service will never again order from this restaurant. last time I ordered a (fritay cabrit with a side of akra) the order was delivery, but the akra I immediately lacked the restaurant that I spoke with the dame, which was very nice I asked her for a refund she told me, no we did not refund but next time they order, we will add that akra. I said you didn't write my name, how would you know that she said she didn't worry that someone you spoke to will give you. I didn't do much about it that I know I'm going to order again, that's gonna be good. So today I called a big order for $120 because I have some friends about it, so I told her about a $5 good, I told her who I spoke to them, I said I don't remember the person, but she told me who I spoke to her, that I would add the akra on my order, she said she can't do that I would tell her that I would not get the job off.5 I delete the order I will never order again it is a shame, but I am not surprised
Their food is always spicy, doesn't matter what you order., and get ready to spend a long time there waiting for your food, doesn't matter if your order ahead of time. The place is ridiculous.
The restaurant has a cool vibe. Customers can sit and watch television and sporting events while waiting for their food. There is a long wait for your food as people that have place orders online are picking up their food and being served before walk in customers. As far as the food, I ordered the fried Turkey complete, it was a little tough and not season enough for me, the gravy tasted like water. The plantains were not crisp or season either. The rice was okay. Overall, I have had better Haitian food.
I really hope as Haitian people we learn better business skills. Customer service is just as important as the product you are selling. Start with being kinder to your customers and having patience. We come to your business to support each other. But what we get instead is demeaning language and subpar service. Do better, I beg you.Well I’m never coming back here again. It’s a shame because the food is decently good. There is a good mix of traditional Haitian dishes with some other Caribbean and American options.However, my family was disrespected twice by the women in the front. The amount of food you get when ordering in large is insulting. Do not bother ordering ahead at all because they don’t make the food in advance and will lie to your face while you’re forced to wait 30+ minutes.
Very Stressful experience at this dining facility today. If customer service messes up which they did, what needed to happen was to do what’s necessary to give the customer a great experience. Not the case here . My card was incorrectly charge and after over an hour of no one being competent enough to make the proper corrections, my card was in turned charged more money no apologies or anyway of them to try and rectify the unpleasant experience. To make matters worse I for home and the food is cold and the turkey is hard. Just disgusting worse experience at a Haitian restaurant.
