The Chocolate Room- Gogol - Margao

Bad service, very late service, plastic in food. Edit: not getting the offer that was available online has nothing to do with the review. It does not change the fact that it took over 2 hrs to get our food even then we had to cancel some orders because of how late it got waiting for it. Our drink did have plastic wrapper in it. The manager was also very rude. Simply said you write whatever you want i'll say you guys are doing it for the discount.

For you're sweet tooth, I don't have one so I come for the coffees!

The owner or whoever the manager was has the worst way to speak the management delayed the order and after the food arrived it was half cooked they don’t have decent way to talk i personally have been eating in chocolate room from last 1 year this was the worst outlet and genuine customer please don’t visit

Have variety of both vegetarian as well as non vegetarian options available. Quality and quantity is average. All the items listed are too expensive. Potato wedges were average in taste and so was the mint mojito. However they have some amazing chocolate shakes. Must try them out! Good for visiting once in a while to try and experience new things. Have good ambience, friendly staff and fast service. The place is very hygienic and clean.

Horrible just damn ef 'n horrible. The waffles were dry the hazelnut cuddle cup was a joke. I enjoy waffles from chocolate room but this is one of the worst branch of chocolate room. The owner is a rude fellow. His response to when we returned the waffles, saying they were dry was.. it 's not our problem it 's yours you will be charged for the waffles anyways. Not worth the time, energy or your money. Please check the pictures below of the so called chocolate room one serve waffle wonder . Do you find this at all WONDERFUL.?
