Today two of us using different machines had the same problem. No refund of money. Gal working very uncooperative. So then what we wrong out clothes by hand, put in the sorry dryers, pouring way to many quarters into dryers, wasting hours to dry the soggy wet clothes. Owners if you have a business take care of your customers.
