I ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches only to be told I 'll be out of roast beef and only have enough for 2 . I 've never have had that told to me at an Arby 's ever. It was abold face lie because he served the customers right after me 5 roast beef sandwiches. I 'm not sure what kind of people you 'rehiring but you need to take a hard look at your employees.

I ordered the smokehouse brisket, I tell you the fat on that sandwich outweighed the meat. Well maybe I went there too early it was just around opening time and I try never to go to any restaurant are fast food around opening time, at least one to two hours during opening because you are left with the leftovers from the day before. What meat was on there was flat and dried out, but the fat on the meat gave me some cushion to be able to swallow it and not choke. Hey go see for yourself and let me know your experience. I'm sure that was maybe a one time thing, (BUT REALLY, THEY GOT THE MEAT) they're just not giving it to us. And with the price, it looks like they're shedding it out $5 a inch but all the fat you can eat.Oh did I mention the service was great nice, smiling and helpful.?
