SoDo location needs a lot of help or more training. Staff seems like they couldn’t care less. I came back because I was missing food from a pickup order and wasn’t acknowledged for the first 10 minutes I was standing there. Cooks especially are clueless. Someone was mopping an hour before closing. Just disappointing considering the $32 I just spent. View all feedback.

So, we ate cold food on Valentines day.I brought the other order back, and they were very apologetic from the start, and refunded the money. If they mess up here, don’t panic, they’ll make it right.

Food was fresh, the staff was highly professional and welcoming. The manager Yari went the extra mile to ensure I was welcomed and treated with respect. Also, when I arrived it smelled clean. As I saw staff members continuously cleaning if they where not helping a,customer.
