Went to sand lake food truck park for a Monday lunch. Being that it was early there were only 2 of the 25 or so food trucks that were open, I asked and more open up in the evening about 6:00. Went to sand lake food truck park for a Monday lunch. Being that it was early there were only 2 of the 25 or so food trucks that were open, I asked and more open up in the evening about 6:00. We ate at El Rocky'. We all got the hamburger special that included fries and a soda. However, this was no ordinary burger! It had beef, grilled chicken, ham, two kinds of cheese, an egg, potato sticks, tomato, lettuce, and multiple sauces. It was amazing but huge! Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the food trucks!
We are driving and we see a few food trucks parkYou all know me and my travels I love to experience the small places that have the great family owned food. I have traveled all over the world. Upon walking up you can smell the great food from this amazing place. I was greated my the most friendist staff and a gentleman by the name Jorge he came up and let me try a home-made dish all I can saw was amazing amazing mouthwater flavor with the perfect mixture ratios. Not even overseas did it taste this amazing. This will be a everytime I am are we are making this our stop. Probably the best shawarma I had in my life.. Their food is awesome, the shawarma has the authentic Lebanese taste, they use the proper spices and seasoning and make everything from scratch like the way is supposed to be..
