Third class service. Ordered a lunch box. They told me I can pick it up in 20 mins so when I arrived after 20 mins order wasn't ready yet. Been 40 mins now. I am still sitting here in the lobby waiting for my order. Oh and believe me when I say this, they hired the most stupid and unprofessional staff. Worst I have ever seen. No proper training. I’ve eaten here many times on my trips to see my family in Pakistan. As an American it’s one of my favorite places to eat. The special soup is delicious also the chicken handi! Service is wonderful and the outside seating is nice. Thank you for a great dining experience every time. View all feedback.

Worst service ever… waste of money and time… not recommend
Not happy with the experience. I regret choosing Shelton in Mardan. Taste isn't good. Lot of space for improvements.
The place is not to much attractive and the prices is not to good.
Shelton Restaurant is a quality restaurant located in District Mardan on main Nowshera Road Mardan. It offers a wide variety of local dishes.
A good place for dine in whether it's lunch or dinner. There are different rooms and halls available for dining and meetings. The staff is courteous.
