The experience was average. They seem to charge for every little extra, even requiring an additional payment for hot sauce, which seems unreasonable. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. The customer service is excellent, whether you’re entering the restaurant, picking up food, or placing an order.
The stromboli was absolutely fantastic! It was my first visit, but I will certainly be returning. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
I'm not sure where to inquire about prices, but could you tell me how much your 20oz and 1-liter sodas cost? I really wish you would go back to the old prices—remember when Inside Outs were $4.95? Yesterday, I somehow ended up spending $18 on just 2 Inside Outs and 2 20oz sodas. If you're going to charge nearly $6 for them now, you should at least make them bigger, because they look the same as before. The food is excellent, but I can't shake the feeling of being overcharged.
