This is not my next dunkin, but I choose to go for the lady in the window every morning. She has such a great customer service and is always on things, with beautiful energy. They are also very patient when I order that is great because always change what I get. Compared to the surrounding DD, these guys are THE BEST! Thank you. All View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
It was a good Dunkin? franchise st one point. The place is right up the street from my house on my way to work. So naturally, every morning, I go there before I get on the train. As I said in the opening sentence, I ?used? to be good. They lost one of their ACE employees and now the orders are just wrong most of the time and when you?re paying $5 for a cup of coffee and a donut, you kind of expect it to come out righ... My body runs on Dunkin and this place gets it right every time.
Never stir the coffee... I always ask... They say they are very rude... And yet they do Rarley!! I really have to start going back to the other place...

I was giving this Dunkin? a TON of business, but they?re just not worth it anymore.
I primarily come to this dunkin because of the drive-thru convenience but they have watered down the Hot choc and it sucks. Post new construction and reopening, I think they use half a packet or something. I usually order whipcream on top and it's not added.. Today is my second attempt at ordering hot choc there and it's been watered down. If I wanted a bottle of water, I would have ordered one. Now, I have to go to another dunkin that doesn't have a drive through....urghhhh. This Dunkin can not be trusted with my medium hot chocolate and whipcream on top.
