Paolo is really friendly and helpful, it was really nice to meet him I would recommend the place for everyone (and especially families) who wants to stay near Venice and have their own apartment. We will definitely return perhaps in spring because if there are birthdays as it happened to us it becomes a bit noisy. Owner very kind and professional.
