The food is always exceptional (the Veal Osso Bucco is phenomenal) and the wine selection is impressive, rivalling that of top restaurants. Usually never write reviews but this is by far one of the worse experiences I’ve had thus far checking into a “luxury” hotel. My family and I came to check in and the front desk receptionist was very inattentive. We didn’t know if we were checked in or not, we didn’t know whether we had to self park or valet. I went there for a sunset dinner. The only thing better than the food and the view was the people. It's always refreshing to have pleasant and accommodating staff. Well done!
Sale e Pepe is our favorite Marco restaurant. The view, sunsets, and food are incredible. The only thing that was an issue this time was the speed of the service. We started at the bar for a drink. The Forever Young was a great balanced cocktail. Definitely recommend. We were seated and started with the burrata panzenella. It was very good, maybe a little heavy on the onion. Then we had the cacio e Pepe. A tough dish to nail, and they nailed it. Cheesy, peppery, Al dente, creamy. Fantastic. I had the lamb chops and my wife the branzino. The fish was especially good and the lamb chops were great. The only problem was the service was noticeably slow. Too long between courses and too long without a check in from the servers. I had just been a couple weeks prior without any sort of issue with timing. It was definitely excessive this this meal. While it pains my to do so, I have to be honest this time. 4 out of 5.

First time here on Saturday, May 6th, and we are glad we made it here. Great food, awesome wine, beautiful decor, and spectacular service by our server NED, who was on point, knowledgeable about the paintings on the wall. Great eatery to celebrate my love's birthday. A few bottles of wine with delish apps to start our fun. Followed by some fresh in house made pasta that was our main courses that was delish!!! Top it off with some great dessert and a flight of Assorted flavors of cellos!!! Awesome paintings on the walls , with great matching marble along the walls. We will be back!!!
