Arturo's Bistro - Marco Island

We got the small wine room. Very nice with only two tables. Very good food and decent service.

I can only review the reception we received and how rudely we were treated as we chose to leave and not dine at this establishment. We had a reservation and was taken to a table near a musician who was playing a guitar and singing. We politely asked if we could be seated further away from the music as it would be hard to converse. The young man went back to the check in station and consulted with the lady and man there. The lady (Diane) approached us and asked what the issue was and I explained the live music was too loud for us and we would like to be seated at a similar empty table (which there was many) further away. She informed me the music was not loud and I then said but for us it is. She then berated me about the music to which I replied I was not going to argue with her and that she was being rude. She then proceeded to tell me in a very rude way she wasn't playing musical tables as it would be a disaster etc. Now I would have totally understood if there were no empty tables but there were plenty. In her opinion no one else would have a problem sitting there so I didn't understand why she would not accommodate our request. Very rude, not nice and not professional. We left and as we left the older man behind the stand yelled good bye in a very rude manner. I have never ever been treated in this manner by any restaurant and will not be going back. Very sad.

Everything is fantastic. The stuffed pork chop is amazing. I read some negative reviews and I side with the restaurant. I have ate here several times. Never a bad experience.

An amazing dinner. Pablo was our waiter and took such good care of us. Service and food were exceptional. Thank you Pablo!
