After living in Marcellus for 14 years and working for over 3 years at a quality food cream stand, I've come to a disappointing conclusion about this place. Humongous portions of ice, almost hard to finish. Most employees are great. Not the best ice a little airy?
This place is one of the best kept secrets in Onondaga county. They make going out to get ice cream a real treat. ??! Ice cream itself is so good, the staff here is amazing, and if you have the right company?you?ll never forget your trip to Marcellus Lanes for soft serve!
After living In marcellus for 14years and having worked at a quality lce cream stand for over 3 years.... the portions are big because the quality of lce cream is not great. Now normally I wouldn't even write a review but knowing and seeing how the owner treats her employees ln front of customers and quite frankly treats the customers, she deserves a 1 star. Her attitude is absolutely appalling. Do better.
The Ice Cream here is amazing! They are huge! So much bigger than any other shop. They are affordable, not over priced at all! I love coming here! You will leave with a smile for sure. Service is great too. They're soooo sweet and friendly! The ice cream is definitely something to talk about! Go try it, and you'll see what I mean!!
The small scoop is actually quite generous! My Golden Girls absolutely adore your kiddie vanilla served in a cup!
