What amy a doesn't like about 957 Ramen:
Original shoyu ramen was okay. I’m American and have the luxury of having authentic ramen near me at all times. I wasn’t super happy with this and it didn’t taste authentic. I’m also disappointed that before I sat down, I clarified with staff that I had card only (both Visa and Mastercard). They told me my Visa debit card should be fine. When I finally paid, the waitress tried insisting that they wouldn’t be able to... View all feedback.

Incredibly food great service.
It's okay. Too salty for my taste, so you cant really taste the broth. Our noodle was clumped and a bit were uncooked. The chasiu is amazing though. But the broth, chasiu and egg itself were already salty enough, so combined everything were just too salty.
Summary: OK food with poor service. Basically, if it's not a genuine Japanese restaurant, don't eat ramen in Germany. This is a similar case. Ramen is better than in an average restaurant of this type in Germany, but not great. Broth is lacking character, noodles too soggy, most ingredients like pork chasu or ground beef have to be purchased extra. The starters, though, are delicious and creative: edamame spring rolls are amazing! Finally, the service, especially one guy... Forgot one of the starters, then got some of the ramen broth on my pants. Simply inattentive.
Pretty good, service was super friendly but could have been better. They were really busy
