great eating and very friendly staff. the only thing we didn't like so much was the green beans, but we loved all bbq. We had rib phenomenal, brisket, pork, sausage and huh. we loved everything. smokey and super tasty. there is a soak and it has a little spicy, but it was about normal for texas bbq soße. they also offer military discounts. Went in on Sunday got an order of Brisket, Chicken, and a couple sides. Later that night from 10:30 PM-2 AM I was puking up chunks of brisket and Mac n cheese. When I called in to let them know they said Sorry to hear that. I asked for a refund and after the manager contacted the owner they said, Unfortunately since no one else called in complaining that they were puking that they wouldn 't refund it. I know for a fa... We usually have a hard time finding a good quick place to eat for lunch on our way to or from Sweet Berry Farm, but we stumbled onto this gem of a restaurant. We were actually trying to go to Moonie?s, but ended up here and we?re so glad we did. Thebrisket and ribs were excellent. The Mac cheese, potato salad, and cream corn were perfect compliments. Overall, my familyis still talking about their food and will be our go-to when we are in the area.
Delicious pork steak special on Tuesdays. All the items we ordered including sides were yummy.
If I could give -5 I would. This is the worst place I've ever eaten at. Ordered pulled pork with 2 sides the only thing that was good was the salt packet. Long hair in the pecan pie. But if you like to eat fat this may be your place to eat. Where's the inspector when you need one ?
I wanted to experience this restaurant at least three times over a 3 month period to decide this is the best barbecue in Marble Falls. The brisket is cooked just right, with a perfect balance of firm, moist and smoke. The ribs are an excellent and rare dry rub (i am very partial to dry rub). The sausage is okay but not great, in that is the Eckrich variety. The sides are superb. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. Inman's barbecue is a very close second, and something I would choose if I wanted something smokier.
I will never eat here again the brisket is a lot to smoke and salty. I had to drop it with a gallon water. the service was great.
