Panda Express - MARBLE FALLS

I visited Panda Express for the first time and had a great experience. The staff in Marble Falls were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. While the Chow Mein noodles weren't quite what I expected, the two main dishes I tried were quite good. Overall, I would definitely return to sample more of their offerings.

It's important to keep in mind that many of the workers are high school students, putting in around 20 hours a week and covering multiple roles that should ideally be filled by additional staff members. They are doing their best with the limited resources available. Therefore, they won’t reopen the lobby until they can ensure adequate customer service, and entrance is restricted as most resources are allocated to keeping the drive-thru efficient. Moreover, phone lines are not being answered as the phones are broken, and the air conditioning in the building isn’t functioning. Employees are juggling cooking, prepping, cleaning, and managing food deliveries, which come either at 6:00 AM or midnight. Unfortunately, there have been supply issues, with the shipping company often failing to deliver the required items. As a result, you won’t be able to get your honey sesame chicken until the shipping company has the ingredients available for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

They really do their best, even without a card reader and facing limitations due to a lack of coins and bills. However, Mr. Westley was very apologetic, and the food was quite good! This is especially appreciated given the rising food prices our country is experiencing. Thank you!
