Good food and well cooked burger and sweet potato fries. My one complaint was too much mayo, but I scraped it off. Not best in the world but a solid quality burger after a big day. View all feedback.
What rebecca boomgaarden doesn't like about Moonie’s Burger House:
Burgers were good...but pricey. And bottled beer...again, expensive. Chili cheese fries were great and...you get the theme...EXPENSIVE. AND, it's not like you are paying for wait staff or ambiance. It's barebones and you place your order at a counter get your drinks. Someone does bring the food to you. 2 standard burgers, 2 beers and 1 fries was $49.00Parking: Behind the restaurant. Reviews were so mixed but wanted a burger on a Sunday driving through.1. Getting into the parking lot is weird. You pull into a barbecue place and wrap around the back2. Large and clean inside but empty. Like so empty the outside employee is on his phone ignoring the world. I had to say hello loudly 15-20 times before any employee came to take an order… like no one inside. Finally employees came out. One seemed annoyed I’d say hello to get attention. Space filled up more as we sat for lunch3. Several drinks out of order like another Yelp reviewer mentioned4. Good burger, meat and bun but left out the cilantro I asked for on my Blue burger5. Chicken strips were more fried outside than chicken inside6. Fries are below par

PROSThe food was great. Prices were decent. 8 of us for under $100 Bathrooms and facility was clean. CONSHowever ....the young lady that took order was unnecessarily rude. Not just to us but to other customers as well. They were out of all drinks except Pepsi, Lemonade, and Dr Pepper . Also out of lids for the drinks The parking and entrance is in the back. Almost didn't go because we didn't know how to get to it or if it was even open because it looked closed from the road.

The burgers are cooked to your preference, in our case medium rare. the lean beef was tasty. Buns were fresh. Staff was very very friendly. The place including the restrooms was spotless. When the weather cools off a bit, the patio should be a nice spot to eat when they were good burgers.
