Darci's Deli - MARBLE FALLS

My favorite place to eat in Marble Falls! The chicken salad sandwich is to die for and the salad bar is amazing!

New to Town and we tried Darcis this weekend. This is the Sandwich shop that every town needs. generous fillings on still warm out of the oven bread. Will be back. probably a couple times a week.

I’ve never been treated as rudely as I was in this establishment. It was the first, and now only, time we have been to Darci’s. I asked for a substitution on my sandwich and the gal behind the counter said that she had never been asked for that substitution before and it sounded horrible. I stayed positive and said, she’d be surprised and proceeded to walk over to pay for my husband’s and my order. As I did, she yelled across the restaurant to tell the owner about my “horrible“ request for ham instead of corned beef and the owner says “ew” loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. I told the owner I was surprised I was being treated so rudely. She then tried to back off and stated they would probably add it to the menu when she realized, too late, how rude they had been. In this day and time when everyone is scrutinizing every expense, we expected a good meal served with kindness and caring. We got neither. We will never return to this restaurant and suggest you don’t either.

They bake their bread daily and it is delicious!! Half a sandwich is the size of whole normal one. I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so polite! Definitely will be going to Darci’s again! ???
