Chili's Grill - MARBLE FALLS

I've come to not expect much from Chili's or any other fast food restaurant so my experience here was not surprising. We were in a large group so we tried to be patient and understanding but nothing went well. While taking our orders the waiter completely forgot to take our friends order (the woman who paid the bill) and when the orders arrived there were things missing, they even walked off and left some of the sides on an empty table behind us. They forgot one whole order plus some other sides and we had to ask multiple times for sauces, salt and pepper, and more flatware. And a note for whoever was prepping the food, if you put mustard on a hamburger that's not supposed to have mustard on it then just wipe it off the hamburger and bun and send it out it will still taste like mustard. The food itself was cooked right but everything else was terrible. If you expect a bad experience at this Chili's you're not likely to be disappointed.

The food is cold, stale, bland, and mostly microwaved.The managers don't treat the employees right, so they usually have an attitude towards customers.It smelled like weed and cigarettes in the restaurant, and that is a health hazard. One of the hosts eyes was so dilated, I'm surprised she could even function. Being high on the job is very dangerous and disgusting.

I went here with my Wife's family ? Super Bowl ? to have a pregame meal.Even though they were busy the server was very attentive. Not only did she suggest a meal deal on the menu that all 4 of us got. She was smiling helpful and patient with my elderly aunt-in-law. We also had my wife's 16 year old cousin who has had stomach issues. She loved her food and seemed happy with her food.My Aunt was super happy with what she got and so was my wife. I got the Cajun chicken pasta and chicken tortilla soup. I had to stop myself from eating to much so I wouldn't hurt.I have gone to this chilies many times but the server is always the reason that I either love it or hate it there. I wish I remembered the server's name to give her credit. But I'm looking forward to going back to chilies now that there service has imporoved.

Good visit. The staff were great. Super friendly.. While the food was good, it not the same as in the past.. The portions leave something to be desired.. All in all, this location is in a smaller town, not a metropolis. And is one of the limited sit down restaurants in the area..
