Service was slow and t... read more Hoped for some genuine British style food but was so disappointed with the whole experience. Basic tasteless food, which wasn’t even hot. Service was slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy. There is seating outside which offers a pleasant spot to watch the world go by but inside could do with a good clean and tidy up. With so many places to eat in this area, best to choose somewhere else. I can’t recommend it for anything at all.

The roast potatoes were surprisingly good as restaurants tend to have a problem with roast potatoes. The quantity and price were excellent. It is not designed as a 5 star restaurant, just a normal eatery/cafe. Would I do this again? Yes.

Maybe a farmhouse bread alternative to just sliced white.
