Prawn Nem (Vietnamese spring rolls) were half a surimi... read more This used to be a good Thai restaurant. What happened.. The food on two recent occasions have been poor. Prawn Nem (Vietnamese spring rolls) were half a surimi crab stick with lettuce..a poor start. Grilled prawns were OK but overcooked. The mains Thai fish (edible) and classic duck curry (inedible) were seriously over salty and poor dry cuts... Service was fine and polite, and feedback was handled professionally, but the pleasant staff can 't cover the disappointing cracks stemming from a deteriorated kitchen.. Much to improve before we can return. Sadly, since we used to enjoy this restaurant regularly. Hope it will bounce back. [hidden link]

We also tried the stuf... read more Really fancied an Asian style dinner. We thought of a Thai. We started with the Satay beef(average) the Satay prawn; which was very nice. We also tried the stuffed chicken wings, very nice, but very small portion! For our main course. We had roasted duck, a bit on the dry side. Grilled king prawns with spicy sauce on the side. Not to bad. I asked for a vegetable Pad Thai (which is not on the menu) they told me that it would be no problem. Very nice. In addition we also ordered the Jungle Chicken curry. My partner ordered this dish, nice, but nothing special. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Very good service. We ordered the Spanish Rose wine (Muga), a bit on the pricey side!!! Overall not too bad.
