We sat around 1:30 pm self-seated) and were ignored by the waitress for 15 mins. The kitchen open bar counter space was full of dirty dishes, dirty glasses and cups. So full that it looked disgusting actually and made me have second thoughts about ordering, if this was the visible part of the kitchen then what is inside?!. After the waitress finished her phone call, and finished chatting with a walkin neighborhood friend we were still waiting to order) she finally came around, no apology; just asked in spanish if we want to order. I commented, 'yes we will if u would like to take our order ' in a sarcastic manner. She was obviously offended for some reason and responded very rudely: 'I am alone! And if you do not like you can leave!!! ' apparently she was overworked and got an attitude. This was not my problem as I am a tourist looking for a good meal. When we got up to leave she was relieved and did not offer any apology. This is the first time that we get kicked out of a restaurant ever!! I was very offended. This is a message to the owners of the cafe; your food is amazing, delicious, good selection; decor is lovely. Its a shame that understaffing and rude service have ruined this restaurant for me at least.

And I was just amazed about the presentation of my sandwich!
