After being asked in by may I say the lovely staff and shown... read more Very disappointed with the treatment by an apparent owner of this so called high end cocktail bar! After being asked in by may I say the lovely staff and shown to a very nice seating area where our small group enjoyed a couple of drinks and dance. When I returned to the seating area I noticed a man who I wouldn’t call a gentleman was sitting in my seat we very politely said someone was sitting there and explained there was enough room for everyone if he wouldn’t mind just moving around….he not so politely told use to get the F&ck out as he owned the place! After informing security as to how intimidating he was they told us he was the owner and they tried to ask him to move! Obviously he wouldn’t so we decided to just up and leave as we were having such a nice evening up to that point and weren’t going to let him ruin it. He obviously realised what he had done and tried to buy us drinks to apologise which we refused and left. I have never in my life been treated in such a manor and especially by an owner shocking behaviour by an intoxicated man. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

WORST customer service,scam, AVOID at all costs, a bar that truly doesn't even know the meaning of customer service, they don't care, all they care about is mak... read more WORST customer service,scam, AVOID at all costs, a bar that truly doesn't even know the meaning of customer service, they don't care, all they care about is making money fast, even basic request to pay the bill was a nightmare that they caused unecessary drama about, hidden fees in bill, trying to rip you off even when being nice and friendly, staff are so rude for no reason, horrible, will never return, should be shut down. r. You should be embrassed to own a bar and treat people with such disrespect and contempt who have done nothing to you, just want to drink and have fun.....

Visited on our first night in PB. nice setting. ordered a bottle of Belvedere at £260, not a bad price believe it or not. got the bill to find a £30 Service cha... read more Visited on our first night in PB. nice setting. ordered a bottle of Belvedere at £260, not a bad price believe it or not. got the bill to find a £30 Service charge added. really? thats just a con. couldn't be bothered to argue so paid up in cash. then 5 mins later the waiter comes back, waving the money in our face saying we only paid £260. explained we paid in full and she took the money and was happy. but then back complaining? oldest trick in the book. most people would just pay. we explained again we'd paid and that was the end of it. if we'd ordered at the bar and then got our change and left, then went back to the bar and said we'd being short changed would they have given us our money back!? left a bad taste in our mouths after dropping £300 in their bar. would rather kill myself then return to this place
