Great meal selection, however, please do request the waiter or the chef directly to lessen the salt.

Food is delicious and you could actually taste the distinct cilantro flavor. What keeps me from giving it a perfect 5 is the bun. The buns being used are just too big.

Dropped by this simple sandwich kiosk located within the area of a Japanese surplus shop. It is like a makeshift eatery, made of a tent with a temporary set up of tables and chairs, even the preparation area and back of the house looked like an assembly of different things from the surplus shop, but effort was made to make the place presentable and cozy. It is clean and well-maintained. The flooring is made of artificial turf and on each table sits a mug or vase planted with an herb, along with some bottles of sauces and condiments. The specialties are sandwiches and burgers. We ordered their Philly cheese steak sandwich and tbeir Chedarella burger. As the name suggests, the latter is a burger with a thick patty, caramelized onion, some lettuce, and a combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. We also had a serving of their cheesy french fries. For drinks we ordered their iced caramel mocha. Took a few minutes for our food to be served, long enough for us to scour the surplus shop and buy some interesting finds. The sandwiches were served hot and looked appetizing. I liked the Philly although I had only half of the sandwich as I agreed with my companion to share both sandwiches so we can review them The chedarella looked big and really mouth-watering. The sweetness of caramelized onion overpowered the other ingredients. With its name, i was expecting it to be a bit enjoyably messy with the cheeses, but our burger just had enough of it. The patty is something to be improved if I may suggest. The meat is so finely ground and dry, you can 't feel or bite bits of meat anymore. And it tasted very bland. Maybe a little salt and pepper would improve its taste. Service is good. Health protocols are properly applied, crew explained well their offerings before we decided what to order. Parking space available.
