When you go to pick up your order, you're greeted with an unpleasant attitude instead. The menu may be good, but the service leaves much to be desired.

I almost didn't want to leave any stars, but I had to post a review. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a store. I simply asked for extra veggies in... read more I almost didn't want to leave any stars, but I had to post a review. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a store. I simply asked for extra veggies in my wrap, and the staff became visibly stressed. A guy named Sagar told his team they shouldn't let customers ask for extra veggies, which is absurd. Another employee, besides Sagar, got angry and spoke to me in a rude tone, saying, "You don’t ask for extra veggies in a wrap." Is this really how customers are treated? With three years of experience in the food industry myself, I've never encountered such poor service. Even then, Sagar did not intervene or ask his colleague to stop. I said I didn’t want the wrap anymore, and he just responded with "Okay" and threw the entire veggie patty wrap into the trash. I will definitely not be buying wraps from the Subway at Marathon On again.
