What Mauricette Faye doesn't like about Le Marat:
Local products of excellent quality which compensates for the coldness of the waitress who only smiles or speaks to the restaurant's regulars. I have been from Auvergne for 57 years but not a regular at this place, however I will be able to remember my discomfort and talk about it around me. The area has other restaurants. The restaurant is simply excellent. From the warm welcome upon our arrival, to the attentive service throughout the meal, everything is perfectly orchestrated to provide an exceptional culinary experience. The quality of the dishes is incomparable. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, and it shows in every bite. Each dish is prepared with great precision and attention to detail which demonstrates the chef's expertise.
