Today (13/02) the service in Maranguape was terrible. The pizza came to the table cold, we saw that the pizza sat on the counter for a long time, and the servers were talking. We wait for the waitress who barely takes the order while moving from one table to another. The table had no ketchup or mayonnaise. We kept asking her, without coke zero, for cold soda. Today it was difficult to eat here. And it's because it's the best pizza in town. But the service is much to be desired
The day I went I just ordered pastries, which were great. Of sun-dried meat and chicken with catupiry. The bad thing is that they are easy to break in half. It's quite hot inside, and very noisy (that's what I found worst). Next time I'll stay on the sidewalk, which was much more comfortable when I left. Waiting time is average. We arrived in Maramguape a little over a year ago, and it was a very good surprise to learn that there was a Pizzeria Nobre in the city, as until then we only knew about the Maracanaú unit. So, over the course of more than a year we have become regular customers, whether to eat on site, take away or order delivery. The pizzas really are very different, super filling, delicious and very well presented. The service is also another differentiator, as the servers are super receptive and the kitchen is super fast. It 's a pleasure to present it to friends and family. However, given all the good things about the house, we had a bad experience with the last order for delivery. Where for some reason, when placing the order on the website it was wrong. I received it, paid the full amount and when I went in and checked the pizza I saw that another flavor came. I contacted the store, spoke politely to an attendant and shortly afterwards the manager called me. I paid R$52.00 for a pizza that costs R$35.00 at home and the manager said it was just that because that 's how I ordered it, the kitchen received it, made it and that 's it. In other words, the Manager was completely irreducible, even though the other pizza that I wanted and was aware of having placed the order in the system, cost exactly the amount I paid of 52.00. It makes no sense to pay for something more expensive knowing that you could pay cheaper for the same product. In the end, there was no agreement and we had to be at a loss and with poor service, lack of empathy and resolution on the part of the house management, who preferred to keep 17.00 more and not worry in the slightest about fulfilling the request and continuing building customer loyalty. The only concern was to show that the mistake was mine and not the house 's, and not to get around a customer 's situation and that it was going to stay that way, when all I wanted was for the pizza to be exchanged for the one I really wanted. (and I had asked for it) and it cost the same price as what it came with. It was simply frustrating.
