The pizza were good but the pasta too enriched and the salad average.., with the low price, nothing much to complain.

Unfortunately the attitude from the guy who showed us to our seat was unpleasant. What capped it off was being charged 57 Euros for what we ordered. Definitely overcharged but was too late by the time we walked out. Maybe I shouldn't have asked for the English menu!

We stayed at dinner in this restaurant located in the main square of maranello after the gp of imola. the restaurant is large, so it offers a good number of pla... read more We stayed at dinner in this restaurant located in the main square of maranello after the gp of imola. the restaurant is large, so it offers a good number of places, but it is always advisable to book in fact it was full. the menu is quite wide and offers both tourist dishes and typical dishes of Romagna cuisine. we have taken: charisma cutter that is ocyted in the average and quite abundant, including selection of meats and cheeses accompanied by jams. nothing unforgettable but all in good all a slice of beef with rocket and Parmesan, not very abundant quantity of average quality, parmesan abundant chicken cut, very good and served on a waffle of cheese also beautiful to see two dishes of potato dumplings with burrata, well baked, good also these and right portion in quantity. a lemon sorbet, a typical sorbetto “from restaurant” two coffees 3 bottles of water to drink very honest and in line with what offered. friendly and attentive staff. In summary, a restaurant I would definitely recommend for a dinner without particular complaints but with good quality. Unfortunately we did not taste typical dishes like tortellini but if we go back for maranello we will definitely do it again.

Our... read more Recommended by our hotel as a good pizzeria in town. It was ok, did the job. Plus points were the warm welcome, the buzzy atmosphere, quick initial service. Our waitress was fun easy going. Food was delivered randomly, with some mains arriving before starters. And bread with olive oil came minus plates. It’s too brightly lit has zero romantic ambience. But it does have life, an easy going down to earth vibe. Wine was super cheap no choice aside from a red, a white a sparkling but both red white were more then palatable. And coffee was also decent. Pizzas were good, other dishes less so. Stick to pizza pasta to get the best out of Carisma.
