I love taking the kids here to enjoy the bats, but this night we just wanted to enjoy the food. The food we got was amazing what is not a surprise, but we saw our waitress once and through the time we have done eating our appetizers (at this point we have been there for about an hour) we had not even ordered our actual meal.... After waiting for another 15-20 minutes after our appetizers, we finally threw in towel, went to the bar (whole another story with it), paid for what we ordered and went to another restaurant. The sad thing is that my 7-year-old chose this place for dinner because he enjoys going here, but after he had waited so long, he wanted to go. He enjoys the restaurant with us and we turned the night into an adventure that is right down his alley. I don't say we'll never go back, but next time we'll enjoy the cages and order our food directly from the bar and take it to go.

Waiters/bartenders are extremely rude! We stopped because we were in the area we went to on the 22nd, so we thought why not. Never again. Asked what kind of beer was on tap and the glued bartender rolled her eyes and showed straight on the tap beer. Not recommended unless you're okay with snobs. Food: 3/5
