If you get a chance to go please do you won't be disappointed. They smoke there own meat there as well!

Yes, the burgers served at lunch quite seriously are about the best burgers my wife and have ever had! Thick with juice running down your hand good! But the dinner was also mouth watering! My wife had the Yardbird chicken that had been expertly brined and was so yummy! I had the shrimp and grits and it was like I was in the best place in New Orleans! So creamy and good! See the pictures for sure and try this place! Great setting on the Dove Mountain golf course with the sunset!

The dinner menu is horrible, apparently they are trying to elevate the restaurant but have failed. The food we had was bad, just plain bad. Salads were average at best, the crab cakeswere dense and mushy, not crispy at all. The winter squash fritters tasted like burnt cinnamon. But worst of all was the smokedyellow tomato and fennel broth that was on all of our plates. The smell was horrible the taste was even worse tangy smoke atbest. We told our server that none of us liked it and we thought that was unusual enough to mention, she appreciated the commentand after telling the kitchen said they were probably done tweaking the menu. At that point we didn’t tell her that most ofour food was inedible but it should have been obvious by what was left on our plates. Ritz Carlton, simple and good is waybetter than whatever weird thing we ate tonight.
