Ice cream isn't ugly, but I don't think it's the best ice cream in the world as one of its phrases indicates... Good brand image, all premises are equal franchise style, all employees dressed equally, are in strategic places, etc. But I do not justify paying 30-40% more than in other ice cream shops where the image is probably not as careful, but the ice cream is still being prepared as when it was opened more than 20 or 30 years ago. I do not like places that have more than two branches, either in ice cream shops or in restaurants because you lose the touch of author given by your chef, or in this case your master refrigerator. Anyway, excellent as a business model and a good ice cream, but once tested it doesn't return me.
