What User doesn't like about Dena Ona:
Sinceramente no me gusto el menu criollo ni la atención brindada. El lugar esta bien puesto, pero no volvería a ir, hay varias y mejores opciones por ese precio ($ 300 p/p sin vino ni postre) View all feedback.
While we walk in the Guemes shopping district, we saw her 1 year old restaurant in this part of the city! It was open for lunch, which is a smaller menu at lower prices including several combo menus called Ejectivo for 260p 300p. Service was excellent, but better cuts of meat like Lomo are only in the night menu! We come to both places for dinner. Hopefully in the future, this location will be its own Trip Advisor listing!
The meat is excellent,a little above in price. Good service, saladsareexcellent, centrally located, close to a beerplace for a drink before or after
Even though everything from the grill looked good, you must bear in mind that the lamb is excellent. I went with my wife. We order just lamb for the two of us and we had some sausages (chorizos, actually) for starter and french fries as side dish. No complaints at all with the food. Mar del Plata is a huge beach station, so you have to be aware of where you eat. The food is often very good. But tourists get frequently disappointed. Dena Ona is a place to go. You'll play safe. However, a word must be said regarding the service. The looked as if the waiters were very kind. But only with the people the knew. We didn't feel well served at all.
There you can enjoy really good grill called Asado in Argentina. Good price and very friendly people.
My wife and I go all year round to Mar Del Plata and we met this place every year. We always share a half of the cochanilla (pigs) and one of the beef dishes, some pommes provincal, and a provoleta (pass for my spelling). Just great food, great wine and a beautiful atmosphere.
