Wendy's - Mar del plata

25 min in the drive through just to be told they were understaffed and couldn’t take my order that was already paid for since I order with the app. Awful.

Line take for ever they don’t know how to talk to people on the phone to let them know what they have because they run out of everything every week

The manager here is the rudest person ever!!!! Trying to order and the MANAGER, who's actually taking our order keeps interrupting and won't let us order. She doesn't know what's on the menu, then declined to take our order. She is extremely ignorant and rude. If she didn't want to work, she should have stayed at home! She has shown that she is the epitome of a “Hood Rat!” Needless to say, we will NOT visit this store again. They need to fire every and start over!!

I am never, ever going back to Wendy's on Union unless it is to save someone else's life…NOT EVER!!!!!!! Keisha, of that is her name need to be FIRED! I am not even this person who wants someone to be unemployed, but she is the worst. We are in a sad situation if she has to wait on/serve people!

Customer service is phenomenal, but the wait is outrageous
