I have refused to go back to this location for over two years due to the horrible management/owner! Decided I wanted Subway bad enough to put up with him and was totally surprised! They have a new owner and management and the manager is fantastic! Very friendly and happy that we re-visited. We will definitely be returning. View all feedback.

Should have left when we walked in and there was a weird smell. My young daughter confirmed the weird smell so it wasn 't just me. So instead of dining in we left. Also there is literally trash in the flower beds outside and it 's just gross. Clean up in front of your restaurant. I cannot believe this is Oakville. Not pictured a pot full of liquor bottles outside the door. View all feedback.
Do not eat here! These owners are very rude and will not honor any type of subway coupon!:This is absolutely absurd!
DO NOT EAT HERE Worst Subway EVER....My sandwich was horrible.... The restaurant was really disgusting ... And the owner/manager has the nastiest attitude, is always the most unpleasant person to deal with... She must be Really miserable to be so Rude!!!.... Bought a new sandwich for lunch that was so good, I came back for dinner the same day to buy it again!
I had a small issue with my delivery (not the fault of the restaurant) and they went out of their way to correct it. Would definitely order through them again!
My daughter got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and got very ill. I went to the store to speak to a manager. I explained to the girl behind the counter what happened and she refused to give me their name and tel#. I emailed the store and got no response. So, I tried to handle it privately and professionally and they just didn't care so that's why I am posting this review. My daughter was very sick with food poisoning for about 6 hours. It was awful. I wish I would have looked at the reviews of this Subway location before we went there because they are not good. They apparently don't care about their customers, which we will no longer be one. If you eat there, BEWARE!
