What H Copeland doesn't like about Subway:
Went at 6:15pm and doors were locked and no one to be seen. Hours posted are 10am-8pm. Called and they don't allow people inside- you have to use the drive through. That simply won't work when I have a kid who needs to *see* the items to know what they want. In fact, I need to see the sauces and cheeses myself to remember which ones I like. View all feedback.
Decent sandwiches... The Spicy Italian on herb and cheese bread with all the garden toppings is my go to favorite. No restrooms available during my last visit. I thought all restaurants must have validated plumbing, toilets, and a sink/soap/etc. to use for hygiene and cleanliness... Also no AC/USB plugs or WiFi for charging your phones and Internet use made it a bummer. I went here yesterday to pick up a door dash . The whole experience was horrible I spoke to the worker 3 times with no response . And then spoke another worker she said she already spoke with me with a nasty attitude . So the other employee finally had the order . She told to hit confirm and she act she wouldn’t get me the bag and so I grab the bag fast it from her because she seem to want to give me a hard time she pursue to threaten me and call me rude when I’m simply on time schedule to deliver
Can 't do review on food because I don 't want someone who could talk to me that way making me a sandwich. A few people in line so I went to try to use restroom. There were signs saying they were closed. At same time woman asked me with an attitude can I help you? . Did not want to respond in kind but she repeated it again with a less than friendly tone. After awkward pause I said I wanted to use the restroom. Again she replied with condescending tone That 's all you had to say. I don 't believe I appear to be homeless. I had intended to get a sandwich. Tried to use drive thru but maybe because of the heat the touchscreen on the order border would not work. I am an older white male and the woman is African American. Can 't help but think that was a factor in her attitude.
This Subway is great: clean store; nice ladies; food ?; and had great humor.
