Limited menu, not executed well. Surprising as the hotels e ent food was exceptionally good

The first day we came for breakfast our omelettes were ok, and the guy making them was a little short with us. But we came back the next day and our omelette chef was Mark. He was extremely personable and made THE BEST omelette! I normally don’t leave reviews but this guy really made our experience great! Came here for breakfast, and hats off to our omelette chef! I believe his name was Mark. Made the best omelette I’ve ever had!! He was extremely nice and gave us some great ideas for some attractions to check out in St. Louis. I would come back just because of the service I received from him! Great job!

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had a great experience at the station grille. Mark was our Omelette chef and he was amazing! Very hospitable, and he made the best omelette I’ve ever had!! We didn’t see mark the morning, but our lunch that day was great! I do believe Taylor was our server and she was very sweet!

The food here has leveled up I think since the last time I passed through, OR I was exceptionally hungry. Sometimes with hotel restaurants it's hard to tell. The staff remains fantastic despite turnover. They are excellent at what they do and also excellent at making you feel welcomed and valued.
