Smoothie King - Mar del plata

Ordered a smoothie on the app, and the location was closed. I was unable to get a refund. Terrible experience.

Show up an hour 20 minutes before close and they’re closed. Workers inside, drive thru locked up. Nice.

Came by on a Saturday at 10am, drive thru and inside closed. Came by on a Sunday at 10 am, same thing. The hours reflected hrtr and on their front door do not matter. Whoever works here dictates hours and if you don't know them, you're out of luck. Also, employees do not listen to you or care what you say. They simply give you whatever they want.

This location is never open. It is almost like they make their own hours. In addition, when you get there you wait 30 minutes or more for a smoothie or they don't have ice. I love smoothie king I just wish this location had some consistency.

So i left there around 2:50 6/30/22 and that’s because i left the line. first i sat 6 minutes before anyone took my order and i had to get his attention by saying hello in the speaker box. no “hello welcome to smoothie king let me put you on a brief hold” then when my order was taking i sat another 10 mins and the car before me was still there. i got there at 2:33 how long does it take to make smoothie line wasn't long three cars one infront of me and one behind me. i love smoothies was hap … – show
