Pappy's Smokehouse - Feedback

What Peg C likes about Pappy's Smokehouse:
Great! — but I might be a little jaded. Meaty ribs — not a fan of the crunch on it. I was the only one of the group to not love it. Sweet potato fries were crunchy in a good way and on the sweeter side perhaps because it seemed that they added brown sugar as well as seasoning. Fried corn was a disappointment. Saying this place has good BBQ don't get the job done. I got burnt ends and pulled pork. Both were moist, fork tender, and full of flavor!! I like that Pappy's leaves the sauce up to you! Both meats were great without sauce but I like a little vinegar on my pulled pork the Carolina sauce was perfect the Hoodoo sauce was just the right amount of heat to compliment those burnt ends!!
