Hot City Grill aka Hot City Frank's.... Not has the absolute brats in the world. But, the owner is one of nicest, most respectful people I know. So if you are wandering around downtown St Louis around 13th and Washington late night on the weekend. Stop by Hot City Franks for a brat, hot dog, hamburger, and a drink. Decent Irish themed place. I got the Shep-Pie and it was mediocre. Potatoes tasted like instant mash. Nice place to sit and watch people though!
Get the Mississippi Mud sauce on the hot dog. Fantastic!
