They just do whatever, open whenever, and make whatever, regardless of what you order. It’s always blamed on “management” but I’ve only ever seen the same two people working over the last year. I'm not a hotdog person but wanting to support local small business, I took my Mom when she visited . She wanted the frito dog but it was near closing so out of chili . She ended up with the red hot riblet dog , fries and onion rings . She said everything was well done and had a hog quality dog which is key .
