Very tasty Afro-Caribbean cuisine inside The Foundry. The jerk chicken had so much flavor. I got the sampler which included jerk chicken and curry chicken, cabbage, and white rice or brown rice and beans. The oxtails and plantains looked good too. I’ll definitely be back to try more. What Rotachi Nlekwuwa doesn't like about Chez Ali:
I’ve bought the food a few times. But today’s food wasn’t it at all. The rice and “beans” barely had any beans and the rice was sticky and weird. The curry was tasteless and I wasn’t given any potatoes or veggies apart from celery, very poor quality today compared to what I’ve had before.I’ve observed that the taste of the food varies depending on the day. If this was my first time going there, I’d probably never go... View all feedback.
Hands down the BEST rice in the city. Oxtail was perfection ….its like having your grandma in the kitchen !!!!!!!!

Doesn’t seem very flashy but probably my favorite restaurant inside City Foundry. A little pricy but hard to say when they give you so much food. When I go, they seem careful to give a mix of legs, thighs, and gravy. Super tasty flavors and always delicious!
Great service and delicious dining options. I've had their ox tails over rice and jerk chicken over rice, both very good! I also recently tried the Yassa chicken over rice for the first time and it was delicious as well! they also just opened a location in the galleria food court!
1000/10!!! :D would go here everyday for the rest of my
