What Adele Fox dislikes about Cross Keys:
This is a lovely, relaxing country pub. I didn't try any food during my visit, but it was bustling, and the menu looked quite appealing. Be sure to check the opening hours, and you can enjoy sitting outside in this lovely weather. View all feedback.

On Sunday, the restaurant was quite busy and they had stopped taking reservations due to being fully booked. We only wanted drinks, so we found a quiet area in the next room where two football matches were being shown. The staff was very friendly, and they even offered to set up the Newcastle game for my brother-in-law if we had stayed longer. I had a fantastic meal here last year, so I highly recommend visiting this place.
You absolutely have to visit this place—it's worth it! The service is quick and friendly, and there are plenty of drink options to choose from. The prices are reasonable, and the food is both excellent and served promptly. You definitely need to try it when you’re in the area. Highly recommended!
Sunday dinner is already here a few times, and the deserts are great prices, as they can order up to 3 courses for about £15. the staff is very friendly and I would book badly if it really gets busy.
