There were 3 employees working on a holiday that was completely booked with reservations. It took them over an hour to bring our drinks to us and even longer to get our food. We were told that we would receive a good discount for our extremely long wait. We got $6 off our bill when it should have been free at that point. Hadn't had a belly-bomber in at least a decade. Had to try one again.
It's one of those things that you crave for all of the wrong reasons
I was there on 3/31/24 after work, got there at 7:20pm and finally left at 7:58pm only to be told that they have all new people training. My thing is, shut down the establishment until everyone is trained properly and so you customers can have a great experience. Never going back
Not for everyone, but for those who crave them, nothing else will do but White Castle. Manchester location lacks atmosphere, but service is good.
The manager gave me an extra drink made them medium instead of smalls because we had to wait as they'd just gotten an influx of orders- cannot complain!
