I am giving a five star for the customer service Ra gave at this location. I had my coffee made wrong this morning. Although it was an inconvenience to have to drive back after discovering it was made wrong. I was grateful for the great service and correction of the wrongly made drink. I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin' Donuts in Maplewood, located off County Road D and 61. The staff was incredibly rude. When I walked in to order a coffee, the line was extremely long due to a lack of staff. The woman who served me was impatient when I asked a couple of questions about dairy ingredients, as I follow a restricted diet. Because of this, I cannot recommend this location to anyone, and I won’t be returning myself. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rudeness here, and I’ve also noticed several cleanliness issues, which makes me hesitant to purchase any food from this establishment. It really needs some attention from management.
I really enjoy Dunkin', but this location isn't the most pleasant place to sit and relax. I tried the chorizo wrap, and it was excellent. However, I found it to be a bit pricey.
I noticed that one of the drive-thru lanes was blocked off, so I went inside and waited alongside another customer for about three to five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, a young employee, who was new at the cash register, came to take our orders. She had the first customer swipe their credit card twice, which led me to order two drinks. However, they were out of one of the drinks. When I requested a refund, it took two clerks and the manager to process it for me. One of the clerks spoke to me in a condescending manner, making it seem like it was an inconvenience that I didn't want to accept a substitute drink instead of the refund.
Waited at counter without being greeted for several minutes. When greeted was made to feel like an inconvenience. I know we are all understaffed but communication or even a brief hello I 'll be with you shortly goes a long way. It was also so cold on there, people took their things to go as it was too cold to sit down and enjoy.
The manager is very very rude. He made my order wrong and when I asked to change my order, he complained I touched the food. How am I supposed to know my food was wrong. Stay away this place.
