The portions at this restaurant are not very generous, yet the prices seem to have increased oddly. A coworker who clearly doesn’t know how to pack a bag properly placed my bowl on its side—not sideways, mind you, but facing the right side up. Yesterday (6-24-22) sat for dinner and waited 30 minutes before the order in line. my friend and I got a burrito and asked for a little extra white rice and she said what she had everything and could give us more! They all seemed really crawling to be there! a dame went away and commanded were stopped! only a terrible place! use them to be great, but now it sucks!
Went there for dinner tonight and used the mobile app. It was almost 30 mins late. Then I got into my car and saw the guacamole was all brown. I went in and kindly asked for a new guacamole and the lady said “you just have mix it up” so then I asked again can I just have a new one please. She took it out of my hand and threw it away. Made me a new one and just set it on the counter far away for me to grab it. Then I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Never going again. Wish I could give 0
Horrible. Ordered through the app and they just decided to add stuff on their own. Waste of 20 dollars. Done ordering from this location. Also a hassle to get a hold of someone.

And again, what’s up with the salad? They hardly ask you anything about the dishes. I've had four bad experiences in a row, and I have no desire to return. One bad night is understandable, but four times in a row is simply unacceptable! This restaurant is finished, and the manager seems only concerned about the numerous negative reviews from frustrated customers rather than making any real improvements.
