Seeing people left comment about staff staring at them and make them un... read more I go to the BP/ IGA mapleton sometimes, all the staff are very friendly at all the time. Seeing people left comment about staff staring at them and make them uncomfortable is very unfair to any retail staff!!!! If you go to Coles or Woolies, the staff at the cashier are always looking at the customers. THIS IS THEIR JOB to look after the shop!!!! If you go to Big W/ Kmart, the staff at the front start to staring at your bag when the first step you walking out even need to check your bag! It never make me feel uncomfortable because I respect it’s their job! People need to get a life!

I waited 15 minutes for someone to confirm if they had firewood before making the trip. The person I spoke to said they did have it. However, when I arrived, I... read more I waited 15 minutes for someone to confirm if they had firewood before making the trip. The person I spoke to said they did have it. However, when I arrived, I was told, "Almost, but we haven't had any firewood for two weeks!" Thanks for nothing. Definitely not a great experience with customer service!
